I'm Lenox Butcher, a technically trained problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of complex technology and the people who need it to work.
My background spans data science, program delivery, and client relationship management across startups and large enterprises. I hold a BA in Physics from the University of Pennsylvania, and have spent my career translating between two worlds: the technical teams building the solution and the business leaders who need to trust it. That range, from writing code and managing data pipelines to owning executive stakeholder relationships and driving $40M+ in program outcomes, is what I bring to every engagement.
What stays consistent across roles is a relentless focus on building trust, moving things forward, and leaving clients and teams better than I found them.
Outside of work, I'm a lifelong sailor, still racing and coaching youth sailors on weekends and actively involved in fundraising for UPenn Sailing. I also spend time surfing, hiking, cooking, and most recently getting my hands dirty with ceramics.
